Oatmeal Chia Seed Breakfast - Food Plan Friendly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup raw rolled oats minus 2 tbsp
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 cup milk
  • 12 oz peeled, cored apples
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • (optional) 5-20 drops sweetener
2 Servings


Instructions
1. In a medium bowl, combine oats, chia seeds and milk
2. In the meantime, peel and grate the apples. Add lemon juice and sweetener and mix well
3. Add greek yogurt and apples to the oat mixture. Mix well and refrigerate overnight
