1/2 c. Boiling Water
1 1/2 Tbsp Butter or Olive Oil
1 c. Oat Bran
1/2 tsp salt

- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients together
- Divide into 18 balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet
- Flatten balls to thin disks with fingers
- Bake for 20 minutes - until crackers are dry and slide around easily
2 Servings of Starch.
Option: Instead of forming into cracker shapes, use rolling pin and spread mixture over the cookie sheet. Then bake. Center will be softer than edges and portions of the "cracker" can be used as a hamburger bun substitute.
