Green Bean Casserole - Food Plan Friendly

Ingredients
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup OR 1 recipe of the condensed soup base
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Dash ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked cut green beans
  • Sugar free Corn Flakes (e.g. Erewhorn) OR French Fried Onions

Directions
  1. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper and beansin a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  2. Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
  3. Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining corn flakes.
  4. Serve.

Option: Make this into a casserole by adding 2 cups cooked rice and 8-10 oz tuna or pulled chicken. Mix together and bake whole thing for 45-60 minutes.
