Ingredients
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup OR 1 recipe of the condensed soup base
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Dash ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked cut green beans
- Sugar free Corn Flakes (e.g. Erewhorn) OR French Fried Onions
Directions

- Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper and beansin a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle corn flakes on top.
- Bake at 350°F. for 25 minutes or until the bean mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir the bean mixture. Sprinkle with the remaining corn flakes.
- Serve.
Option: Make this into a casserole by adding 2 cups cooked rice and 8-10 oz tuna or pulled chicken. Mix together and bake whole thing for 45-60 minutes.
