Easy but hearty omelet

Previous to breakfast time precook some mushrooms, green onions, and perhaps green peppers.  Keep in a covered bowl in the fridge.  Then crack 2-3 eggs each and whisk them and put them in a pam sprayed heated pan.  Add in the vegetables either as an omelet or as scrambled eggs.  Put a little cheddar cheese on top for flavor.  Serve over rice for added heartiness.
