- 1 cup red or green salsa
- 3 cups (OR 2 x 14 ounce cans) reduced sodium chicken broth (Or combination of broth and water)
- 2 cups cubed cooked turkey (8-12 ounces)
- 1 large zucchini, coarsely chopped
- (optional) Lime wedges
- (optional) Cilantro
- In a large saucepan combine salsa and chicken broth; bring to boiling over medium-high heat.
- Add turkey and zucchini; heat through.
- Serve in bowls with lime wedges, and cilantro.
