Ingredients:
- 15.5 oz can white kidney beans
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2-1 tbsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- (optional) water to thin mixture
- (optional) Orange Juice to taste - to thin mixture instead of water
- (optional) fresh herbs (e.g. thyme, rosemary, basil, or chervil)
Directions:
- Drain the beans and add to a food processor.
- Add garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
- Pulse while adding oil (and water/orange juice) until it is smooth.
- Top with chopper herbs.
